Home
Wherever you are on the site, you can always return to the Home page by clicking on "home" at the top left hand side of the screen.
Catalogue
The catalogue part of the site is arranged as a "virtual house" so that you can visit each room, view the styles on offer and then view the individual colourways that are available within each style. To return to the room level, either click ‘back’ on your browser or click on the links below the Heuga logo. You can also order a free printed catalogue by clicking on "Order a catalogue" link, or order sample tiles by selecting a colourway and clicking on "add to sample folder" on the colourway page.
Advice and information
This section contains a wide range of information about where to buy your tiles, how many you’ll need, how to install your flooring and how to keep it looking great. Here you’ll also find the frequently asked questions, and there’s a facility to contact our experts by email.

| Buying online |
To buy online, you simply select the style and colourway you like, and click on "add to shopping trolley". This takes you to the checkout area of the site, via the room calculator.
Room calculator
It’s easy to work out how many tiles you will need for each room, using our room calculator.
For rectangular rooms, use the standard room calculator. Simply type in the width and length and click on "calculate". The resulting figure will be the area of your room in square metres, plus 10% to allow for cut tiles and then rounded up to the nearest full square metre.
For rooms that consist of several rectangles (e.g L-shaped), use the advanced room calculator. Measure each rectangle separately, type in the relevant dimensions and click on "calculate". The resulting figure will be the area of your room in square metres, plus 10% to allow for cut tiles and then rounded up to the nearest full square metre.
Checkout
Personal information: Here you must enter your personal details so that we know who you are and where to deliver the goods. These details will be kept strictly confidential, and you can tick a box if you do not want to receive further information from us.
Order summary: A complete list of your prospective purchases, with quantities, prices and the delivery address. Check it carefully to make sure that the details are correct. Please read our terms and conditions and remember to tick the box to accept these. Then either click the "confirm order" button or "previous" to change any details.
Payment: Here you need to fill out details of the credit/debit card that you are using to pay for your purchases. These details will be kept strictly confidential. When you press order now, our systems check the validity of the card and, if authorised, the purchase procedure is completed. You can change your order up to the point where you click on the "order now" button.
Order confirmation: The next screen shows you details of the completed transaction.
We recommend that you print out a copy of the order confirmation for your own records. |

| Virtual Room Tool - Floor designer |
This design tool allows you to try out different FLOR by heuga products in different room scenes.
Product selection - on the left hand side of the page you can select your product in the drop down list. If you wish to combine two products then you can tick the combine option and then select the secondary product from the drop down list. This gives you an idea how two colours/textures will look when installed together. Each room features a predetermined design to show the two products in combination.
To go back to the main product you need to click on the "Select product" tab.
If you wish to see more details about the product or order a free sample, you can click on the "More details" button.
Installation methods - the installation methods are specific to each product and clicking on the different methods shows how this affects the appearance of your floor. Each tile features an arrow on the back to show how you achieve the appropriate installation method when laying the tiles.
Room selection - on the right hand side of the screen there are 8 room scenes to choose from including different styles of bedrooms and living rooms - the arrows allow you to browse up and down the 8. |
