| Are Heuga flooring products guaranteed? |
| Yes. All our tiles are laboratory tested and made to very high specifications but they are also covered by a 7-year guarantee. This guarantees that they will remain colourfast, will not shrink, warp or otherwise change their appearance provided that they are installed, maintained and used in accordance with our recommendations, to be found in the original packaging. |

| Heuga carpet tiles require no underlay or adhesives and produces less waste than other flooring systems. This saves you time and money compared to most other floorcoverings. Because it is easy to install, you can fit the tiles yourself and save the cost of professional fitting. And because it is tough, it will last a long time with just a little maintenance, adding to its long-term cost-effectiveness. |

| Can I install the carpet tiles and vinyl tiles myself? |
| Yes, installation of Heuga tiles is straightforward, well within the ability of anyone who is competent at DIY. Click here to view our installation instructions online. Complete installation instructions are included with each packet of our products, and you will only need a few simple tools. If you do not wish to install the tiles yourself, ask the store where you bought the product to recommend a professional fitter. |

| Are the seams between the carpet tiles visible? |
| Some styles are designed to be installed so that the seams are practically invisible. Others make a feature of the fact you can see the individual tiles. The installation method may affect whether you can see individual tiles. Laying tiles quarter turn will usually show individual tiles, whereas tiles that are laid monolithic or brick will usually create a seamless appearance. Random styles such as DayDream are laid in any direction and will have a seamless appearance. Refer to individual styles to determine the laying methods. For best results, we advise that you follow the recommended laying method. Obviously you can create patterns such as chequerboards and stripes in different colours to emphasise the modularity of the floor. |

| Can I order a sample? |
| Carpet samples and vinyl samples are available via this site. Simply find the style you want and then click on the ‘order sample’ link. It will be added to your shopping trolley (maximum 4 different samples), and you can proceed to the checkout. You won’t be charged for samples and won’t ask for any credit card information. The size of each sample is 8 x 8 cm. |

| Where does the Heuga delivery service operate, and how much does it cost? |
| We deliver to all customers within the European Community. Our delivery charge is 20 € or £14 per order. |

| How long will it take for Heuga to deliver my tiles? |
| Provided that your chosen style is in stock, we aim to deliver orders within 5 - 7 working days, from the date of order confirmation. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control may prevent us from achieving these delivery times, but we will make every reasonable effort to ensure that your order is fulfilled as promptly as possible. |

| How can I pay for my floor? |
You can pay for your purchases online using most major credit and debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa Credit Card, Visa Debit Card, JCB, ELV, Diners Switch, Solo, and American Express.

| Can I return the products to Heuga? |
| If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return any products that are unused, in new condition and in the original packaging within seven days. We will refund the money that you paid for the product (but not the delivery costs). |
